There are three ways for established distributors to place orders (we do not sell to final consumers but can recommend a local distributor in your area that sells our products):

number so that we can contact you if we have a problem.

Futura Lighting's terms and conditions of sale will apply as shown herewith and can not be changed by our acceptance of a Purchase Order with different terms and conditions.

Terms are Net 30. Past due invoices will be billed for interest at a rate of 1% per month where applicable.

Minimum billing is $20.00. Additional service charges of $20.00 will be applied to orders under this minimum. This does not apply to back orders or replacement parts.

If goods are for resale, we must have a signed card in our records before the shipment is made.

All prices are F.O.B. Pompano Beach, Florida.

All claims for loss or damage must be filed with carrier. Do not sign until delivery agent has noted the extent of the damage on the delivered order which he/she presents for signature.

In cases of concealed damage, call carrier at once, requesting inspection of the damages. The limit for requesting such an inspection is fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery.

All items can be shipped via UPS, except for large displays.

NO RETURNS without written authorization. Only unused items in the original cartons may be returned within 90 days after the original date of shipment. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid and will be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking charge. No credit will be issued for less than $100.00 after all return charges have been applied. All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit and applied to future purchases.

We will not accept any POs or RGAs from companies that are "On Hold" until they have taken the appropriate measures to normalize their account.

Not responsible for products repaired or altered by customer. Absolutely no responsibility for any charges involved in repairing damaged merchandise on site.

Bulbs are not covered under our warranty policy and are not included with fixtures unless specified.

Futura Lighting reserves the right to make changes in the construction and design of its products, including the discontinuation of models in the catalogs without prior notice.

Futura Lighting will repair or replace any products defective in material or manufacturing within two years from the day of shipment. This warranty only applies when all components, including power supplies, have been provided by Futura Lighting, Inc. Substituting another manufacturer's product will render the warranty completely void. Upon confirmation of a defect or failure, at our discretion we will repair or replace the item or will refund your purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible or practical. Our warranty covers only the product itself; we will assume no liability for labor cost, installation cost, or other losses.

Any arbitration between seller and buyer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
